1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-10 days (depending on your address in Egypt) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently ship within Egypt. Please note that your cart will automatically calculate shipping costs based on your location and order value.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at outfinityeg@gmail.com.

6. Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and notify us at outfinityeg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
